At FerisCloset, each product is made-to-order with care and attention. Because of the custom nature of our Print-on-Demand items, we follow a specific return and refund policy outlined below:
- No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Items
- All items are made individually for each customer once an order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Personal preference regarding colors, designs, or fit
- Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the item, showing the issue
- Include your order number and a brief description of the problem
- We will assess the issue and, if approved, send you a replacement item or issue a full refund.
- Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
- FerisCloset is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to delivery failure, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
- Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your issue is approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
- Order Cancellations
- Because our products are custom printed immediately after your order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
